    30 Day Plans for the year

    • Tactical plans broken out into 30 day segments month by month
    • Operations – Internal, External, Marketing and Sales Strategy
    • Business Development – Networking, Marketing, one to one meetings
    • What else do you need to succeed?

    Week 4

    Presentations

    • 30 second and 1 minute elevator pitches and networking introductions – What do you say when you are in a networking group in person or on Zoom?
    • 5 Minute Presentations for your business
    • 25 minutes Presentations to larger audiences

    Peer Review of all plans 

    • All group members will present and review each other’s 30-day, 90-day, and annual plans.

    Presentation of all plans
    • All group members will present and review each other’s 30-day, 90-day, and annual plans.
